(1). I was really surprised once we put it together. It was easy to put together the only problem we had with it is that the screen is a little flimbsy and easy to rip. This should not be used where children are around becasue the screen will definitely rip. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

(2). My husband puts it up by himself. It takes some finess to get the cover over the top. Our first one lasted 2 1/2 summers. We leave it up all the time on our deck from March to November.. My husband has added guide wires to each corner. If you leave the netting intact and use the corner tie downs, water will not build up on top--it will run off-even heavy downpours. We only got bent posts with a storm that took down many trees. A bad rain and wind storm this year did not phase it. It would be nice if they made the posts stronger--only because we leave ours up on our deck all the time.

(3). Not a good idea to leave up during a storm. The tubular steel frame bends very easily and the top collects water. Does a good job of keeping bugs out.
